About - Andrew Caplen, Notary Public

I qualified as a Notary Public in 1988 and have over 30 years experience in assisting with a wide range of Notarial matters.

For many years I was a Partner in a firm of Solicitors in Southampton. From 2014 to 2015 I was President of the Law Society of England and Wales, having previously been Vice President, Deputy Vice President and Chair of the Law Society's Access to Justice Committee.

I endeavour to see clients promptly and to provide an efficient and courteous service.
